We have an exciting new volunteer position at the Pet Food Task Force (PFTF) in Massachusetts. The PFTF’s goal is simple: NO PET SHOULD GO HUNGRY. To this end, we aim to supply pet food to local food pantries and low-income individuals on a statewide basis. Working in partnership with animal shelters and rescues, pet food retailers, the PFTF collects pet food donations and distributes it to food pantries across Massachusetts. Demand for our services has only grown since the start of the pandemic. You would become an integral team member of a growing community of volunteers dedicated to helping people feed their pets.
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to professionally develop within a variety of areas, including marketing, fundraising, operations, recruitment, project management, etc. We are looking for a self-starter who is mission-driven. This is a volunteer, work-from-home position.
